All-in-one workspace for task management, time tracking, and project clarity.

There’s a familiar frustration — work scattered across too many tools.
Tasks in one place, time tracking in another, projects everywhere. The goal was to bring structure and clarity into a single space without adding complexity.

I worked on Tralick as the founding product designer, shaping the experience across UX flows, interface design, and system structure.
My focus was on designing a product that could scale while still feeling approachable and easy to use.

Project management tools often feel heavy especially for individuals.
The challenge was designing something powerful enough for teams, yet simple enough for individuals, without overwhelming features they didn’t need.

Research showed that people don’t think in rigid workflows.
They jump between tasks, track time inconsistently, and rely on quick mental shortcuts. Tralick needed to adapt to these habits rather than force users into a fixed system.
Users also found it hard to navigate traditional time tracking project management softwares.

Tralick was designed to evolve into a focused workspace that balances structure with flexibility, helping users stay organized without feeling boxed in.

The experience was designed to be modular, allowing users to track time, manage tasks, and organize projects in ways that felt natural to them. Clear hierarchy, subtle visual cues, and intentional spacing helped reduce cognitive load.

Tralick creates a calmer way to manage work, turning scattered tasks and time logs into a cohesive, intuitive experience built for real workflows.
